How to Set Working Hours in Your Scheduling Tool (2026)

Setting the right working hours in your scheduling tool prevents clients from booking at inconvenient times and creates professional time boundaries. Here's how to configure it properly.

Step 1: Decide Your Booking Hours

Before configuring, decide: Which days do you take bookings? What time range is appropriate for client meetings? Most professionals don't want 7am or 9pm bookings — configure your actual work hours.

Step 2: Set Working Hours in Cal Clear
