Ranges are yearly-billed to monthly-billed. Over a year, a 10-person team on Calendly Teams billed yearly pays $1,920; the same team on Cal Clear's Team plan pays $120.
The gap comes from the pricing model, not a discount. Per-seat tools charge again for every person; Cal Clear charges once for the team, and the price only changes when you cross from 10 people to 11 and move to Business.

Billing that doesn't need a spreadsheet
Per-seat billing creates small, recurring admin work: adding a seat when someone joins, remembering to remove one when someone leaves, and deciding whether a part-time contractor is worth a full seat. The lowest per-seat prices also assume you commit to a year up front; the monthly price for the same seat is higher.
On Cal Clear's Team plan the number on the invoice is the same whether the team is two people or ten. An admin invites people until the plan's seats are used, and switches to Business at the eleventh. There's no seat count to reconcile at renewal.
The booking page your clients see
Price isn't the only difference worth weighing. On Cal Clear, every booking page your team shares runs zero third-party trackers. Calendars are read for free/busy only, so Cal Clear never reads the titles of anyone's meetings, and booking data auto-deletes on the schedule you set. reCAPTCHA spam protection is on by default for new links and is the only outside script on booking pages; hosts can switch it off per link. What you give up
Be honest with yourself about this part. Cal Clear gives each person their own booking links. It doesn't have shared team booking pages, round-robin routing that hands a guest to whichever teammate is free, or collective events that need several people at once. It connects Google calendars today, not Outlook or iCloud directly.
If your team's booking depends on routing guests between people, or on a large integration library, compare Calendly's feature list against your needs before you switch. If your team mostly needs each person to have a reliable link that checks every calendar they own, you're paying per seat for features you don't use.
