A native HubSpot CRM connection — posting new bookings into HubSpot CRM automatically — is on our roadmap, most likely built on outbound webhooks. It is not built yet, so please don't plan around it existing today.
What you can do today
We won't invent a workaround: there's no supported way to push Cal Clear bookings into HubSpot CRM today. What you can rely on now is Cal Clear's own confirmation, reschedule, and cancellation emails, which keep you and your invitees informed without any extra tooling — and webhook support is something we're actively planning.
Why we build slowly and say so honestly
Cal Clear is privacy-first and free forever. We'd rather ship a small number of integrations that genuinely work than list a directory of connections that don't. When HubSpot CRM lands, it'll do exactly what this page describes — and until then, we won't pretend otherwise.
When you don't need this integration
